Sarah traveled a lot this year for our clients!
She headed south to Hollywood Florida for a summer summit with an amazing annual corporate client, to the nation’s capital for a data convention and southwest to Santa Fe for a wedding weekend!
Destination is not an obstacle! Rather, traveling to a new location to capture an event can inspire us and bring more energy and creativity to our capture! For us, being in a new place is interesting and exciting!
Traveling with modern camera equipment (which is light, compact and portable) is much easier. No need to bring an entire lighting team and cumbersome equipment as the cameras sensors are incredibly sensitive and can capture ambient lighting extremely well. Most events have their own atmosphere and vibe (custom up lighting, digital light mapping, colored LED room lighting); we love to capture our client’s vision as actuarily as possible!!!

Corporate Retreat – The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton
Corporations want to inspire and refresh their employees with collaborations at fun destinations. Many companies are primarily remote and having all their employees and teams of people come together is invaluable. These adventures are certainly photo worthy. They capture the company’s culture and refuel everyone.
Sarah flew down to south Florida and stayed at The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton. She captured a full week of a Company’s summer summit. The convention center was the perfect background for daily meetings and relaxation with many swimming pools and ocean!
We loved the closing party in downtown Miami at the Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science. The lighting was insane, and this group knew how to party!!
Wedding – Ghost Ranch, Santa Fe NM
Check out this wedding with the Santa Fe mountains in the background! The wedding weekend took place at Ghost Ranch and was an all-around incredible wedding and experience. It was a photographer’s dream to capture!
Corporate Conference – GM Grand National Harbor Resort, Washington DC
DC is just around the corner for us. Another client of ours held a two-day conference just outside of Washington at the MGM Grand National Harbor Resort in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The hotel was fabulous for this event, and this large group had a very successful few days together.
