The Intrepid Museum (originally the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum) is an American Military and Maritime History Museum. Located at Pier 86th and 46th street, along the Hudson River the museum is composed of exhibits, aircraft, and space craft aboard the USS Intrepid, a World War II-era aircraft carrier as well as cruise missile submarine named USS Growler and exhibits on Pier 86. Intrepid Museum boasts 13 customizable venue spaces offering endless possibilities, from grand galas to intimate gatherings. The Intrepid is proud to be one of the few venues in the city with the ability to host events from 20 to 5,000 people with both indoor and outdoor options.
