We are so excited to share this fun, creative and informative post today for Wedding Wednesday with our followers. Engagement shoots are an important component when planning a wedding. The shoot not only gives the wedding photographer and couple a “trial run” but also allows the opportunity for them to get to know each other better. The bride can learn what make up looks good for the actual wedding day and shows the photographer and couple what looks best for each of them in photos. We believe capturing the essence and love between the couple and having a blast with them at the photo session is the best way to start working with our brides and grooms.
We have put together at least 20 different engagement shoot locations to share some ideas with you all as you start your wedding journey and hope you enjoy this post!
Brides and grooms select their engagement shoot location for many reasons. Couples either want to do the shoot where they got engaged for sentimental reasons or if there is a specific location that has meaning for them. Others just like cool and urban spots in the city. Popular city locations are Brooklyn areas like DUMBO, meatpacking district, lower east side, west village, The Highline, Grand Central, Washington Square Park, or Central Park in any season!!! Other couples have hired us to go upstate to a private family homes or farms that have personal meaning for them as well.
We just love these shoots because they are so “chill” and creative. Street art, brick walls, flowers, graffiti, Fall foliage, skylines, sunsets, cobblestone streets, bridges, NYC taxis, and the streets of Manhattan are just some of the many elements and locations that add to this exciting photo session!!
Book yours today!!! 😊 #weddingwednesday
